She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Seymore and Irene Richardson Seymore; her husband Floyd Cook, Sr.; her brothers, George and John Seymore; her daughter Tracey Cook; and her grandson Mack Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Cook, Jr. of Albuquerque, Stacey Cook (Jacqueline) of Victoria, Kenneth Cook (Ana) of Fayetteville and Christopher Cook, Sr. (Charell) of Lynchburg; her brother Michael Seymore (Ruby) of Norton, Virginia; and her siblings-in-law, Gracie Stovall, Irene Easley and John Cook (Charbeth). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
