Alma Skipper Staten Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2021, at the age of 93, Alma Skipper Staten of Saxe, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Skipper and Mattie Saunders Skipper; her husband Joseph Staten, Sr.; her children, Joseph, Gracie, Shirley and Nathaniel; and her grandchildren, Linda and Chris.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Staten (Grindl) of Drakes Branch, VA; and her friend Bernadine Saunders. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.
