She is survived by: her parent Grace Collins Slate; her daughter Teresa Smith of King; her son-in-law Jerry Smith of King; her son Larry Prillaman of Clemmons; her grandchildren, Lindsay Prillaman of High Point, Chase Prillaman, Grace Prillaman, Lee Smith, Lydia Smith of King and Will Smith of Topsail; her great grandchild Collin Renegar Smith of King; her siblings-in-law, Betty Hiatt of Mount Airy, Brenda Ogburn of Mooresville, Bill Ogburn of Mooresville, Linda Novak of Mooresville, Corey Novak of Mooresville, Mollie Slate of Sanford, Billie Slate of Mount Airy, Reid Prillaman of Greensboro and Tom Glenn of Winston-Salem; her former husbands, Francis Leath Prillaman and James Eugene Glenn; and her brothers, Bruce Slate and Graham Slate. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
