He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Johnson DePriest. He is survived by: his children, Sandra D. Chapell, Oliver Lee (Towanda), Warren M. DePriest, Jr. and Timothy C. DePriest; and his sisters, Rev. Jean Flannagan, Arletha Wells and Linda Parham (Mack). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
