Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thomas Randall Fluker III (Sandston, Virginia), who passed away at the age of 70, on April 14, 2018. He is survived by: his child Telephone Pioneers of America; his wife Eutanaha; and his sister Francina (Paul Sanders) of Columbus. He is also survived by two sons, T. R. (Anita) and Ray (Sarah); four grandchildren.
