He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Otha Bowen and Irene Constance Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Katharine Potter Bowen; his children, Tiffany Bowen, Stephanie Bowen, Thomas Bowen Jr. (Alex) and Brent Bowen; his grandchildren, Cora, Harper, Orlando and Charlotte; and his brother Dudley Collier (Midge). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
