He is survived by: his wife Kitty Guthrie; his daughters, Sherrie Foreman and Katie Guthrie; his stepchildren, Kim Allen, Stuart Allen and Josh Fisher; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Todd, Lanie Guthrie, Amanda Reece, Tripper Foreman, Jenna Lane, Amber Lane, Austin Fisher, Nic, Trevor and Trent Allen. He is also survived by great- grandchildren.
