She is survived by: her husband Leon App; her sons, Michael and Eric (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Maximilian, Delilah, Henry and Sebastian; her sister Kathy Vanderwende of Erie, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Vanderwende of Saegertown, PA and Phyllis Kogel of Sellersville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
