He is survived by: his fiancée Jacqueline Capehart; his fiancée's children, Lisa Hall (George), Lynnette, Jason (Carol), Richard (Caroline), Marcus (Gina), Matthew and Morris Capehart (Tina); and his sister Tina Marie Shook. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
