She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebbin Ballard and Eunice Virginia Ancarrow; her siblings, Ebbin Ballard, Jr. and Diane Baldwin; and her half-sister Cindy.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Loving and Randolph Loving; her grandchildren, Ryan Loving and Jacob Loving; her half-brothers, Jerry Douglas, Larry Ballard, Richard Ballard, Donny Ballard and Clayton Ballard; and her close friends, Judy Koci, Sylvia Crew, Jean Seay and Cassandra. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231).
