He is survived by: his parents, Rick Custalow and Yvonne Custalow; his siblings, Sarah Walker (Ross), Krystal Critcher (Bobby) and Zach Custalow (Jennifer); his grandparents, Del, Catherine Custalow, Bonnie, Lee Carroll, Betty and Warren McKenzie; his nieces and nephews, Julian, Caleb, Sydney, Zeke, Kellan, Zachary, River, Finn and Layla; and his close friend Mike Smith (Brittany). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
