It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillis Tiller Miller (Sandston, Virginia), who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Sydnor Miller Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Miller Corcoran (James) and Janet Miller Muntean (Frank); and her grandchildren, Bryan, Chris, Paul, Frank, Katherine and Samantha. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
