She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Keffer and Edna Keffer; and her brother Earl Keffer. She is survived by: her husband Henry S. Phelps; her daughters, Kimberly Williams (Bernard) and Melissa Grella (Brian); her grandchildren, Kennedy, Jackson Williams, Nathan and Porter Grella; and her brothers, Tony Keffer (Sandy), Charles Keffer and John Keffer (Bea).
