She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Castlebury (Raymond Castlebury) and James Linwood Campbell, Sr.; her son Richard Eugene Lewis, Sr.; and her husband Kenneth Edward Lane "Eddo". She is survived by: her children, Jessica Marie Lewis, Harley Lee Lewis and Courtney Danielle Carneal; and her grandchildren, Scott Snoddy, Jr., Rebecca Lewis, Richard Lewis, Jr., Brieanna Smith, Steven Smith, Jr. and Savannah Lewis. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
