It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Kemp Revere of Sandston, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis M. and Mary V. Kemp of Sandston, VA.; her husband William Andrew Revere; and her sisters, Margaret Kemp Burnette and Louise Kemp Speight.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Revere Lewis and William Andrew Revere, Jr. (Gayle); and her grandchildren, Ashley Grey Alpert (Dave), Andrew H. Revere and Ethan N. Revere (Jessica). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephew, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park Cemetery (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
