She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Leo Winter, Sr.; and her grandson Jonathan Taylor Winter. She is survived by: her children, Alvin Leo Winter, Jr. (Dianne), Donald Michael Winter (Linda), Timothy Scott Winter, Mark Patrick Winter (Trina) and Carolyn Winter Bates (Bubba); her grandchildren, Kenneth Winter (April), Thomas Winter (Christa), Joan Winter Budnick (Izadore), Grant Robinson (Amber), Nicholas Robinson (Alexa), Karen Bates Smith (Reid), James Bates (Kasey) and Skylar Winter; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Savannah, Ani, Ariel, Vivian, Levi, Reuben, Declan, James, Samson, Ezekiel, Harlie, Maci, Forrest and Malorie.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140).
