She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Goodman and Mary Goodman; and her siblings, Deloris Wickham and Ronnie Goodman. She is survived by: her husband Horace Arlington Welsh; her daughter Brooke Bottari; her grandchildren, Andrew Welsh Bottari and Madeline Elizabeth Bottari; and her brother Fred Goodman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Sandston Baptist Church.
