He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Sullivan; his mother Naomi Adams Allen; and his brother Frank M. Sullivan, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, David (Marilyn), Douglas (Marcia) and Daniel (Vicky). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
