He is survived by: his wife Nadine Purks Bivins; his sister Pauline Moore; his sons, Bryan Scott Bivins (Kim) and William Todd Bivins (Jenni); his grandchildren, John Harrison Bivins, Alexandra Payne Bivins and Lily Taylor Bivins; his nephews, David and Bryan Moore; his niece Rebecca Cordeau (Mark); his stepson Rob White (Wanda); his stepgranddaughter Samantha White Beiro (Riley); and also, Kristi White Snow (John), John Andrew Snow, Samuel David Snow and Anna Marie Snow Scheuter (Matt).
