He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Wadsworth and Bernice Stewart Wadsworth; and his stepmother Eula Mae. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his stepchildren, Ashley Wallach (Caston), Trey Kincaid and Nathan Kincaid; his brothers, Larry (Suelyn), Linwood (Donna) and Danny (Marsha); and his stepsiblings, Rick Bagby (Libby), Faye Lassiter and Nancy Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
