He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Wes Smith. He is survived by: his parents, David Harold and Betty Sue Fox McMullen; his children, Zachary Parker McMullen (Kayla) of Madison and Mackenzie Faith McMullen of Sandston, Virginia; his sister Julie McMullen Smith; his nephew Christopher Wesley Smith; and his niece Bailey Cameron Smith (Tracey Williams Gardner) of Madison. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
