He was predeceased by: his parents, James Melvin Tinnel and Laura Tinnel; and his son Lance Corp. He is survived by: his brother Robert Tinnel; his wife Joyce; his children, James, Laura and Katy; and his siblings, Carolyn, Nancy (Luis), Johnny, Danny (Shelia) and Timothy (Amy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
