He is survived by: his wife Emily Banks Williams; his children, Rose Stewart, Everett Williams, Jr., Lolita Williams, Carroll Banks, Glenn Banks (Debbie), Clyde Banks (Teresa) and Delrosa Banks; his siblings, Thomas R. Williams (Ann) and Irene Ford (Sylvester) of Glen Allen; and his aunt Annie Maude-Ware of Philadelphia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
