We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2019, at the age of 86, Emma M. Harlow (Sandston, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George; and her siblings, Edna, Mary, Claude and Frank.
She is survived by: her grandson Nathan Butler (Donna); her great grandchildren, Jamison, Riley, Troy and Garrett; and her siblings, Rosie Palmer and Raymond Moore (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
