It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Spiers Carr (Sandston, Virginia), who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Carr, Sr.; her daughter Carolyn Johnson; and her sister Sara Goodwyn. She is survived by: her sons, Charles, Jr. (Donna), Douglas (Vicki) and Tommy (Kim); her son-in-law Corky; and her siblings, Robert Spiers, Jr., Treva Phelps and Conway Spiers. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
