He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Tammy Spring (Joey), Susan Boltz (Bo) and Donna Radwani (David); his grandchildren, Travis Spring (Caitlin), Andrew Spring (Amy), Amanda Williams, Buck Boltz, Brandon and Nicholas Radwani; his great grandchildren, Delaney, Ella, Blakeley, Bristol, Alexis, Blair and Summer; and his brother Carrol.
