He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Woodley and Lillian Woodley; his sons, Dennis and Ronnie; his siblings, William, Ralph, Lawrence, Wilbert, Johnny, Edward, Viola, Nancy, Shirley and Robert (Diane); and his sisters-in-law, Grace J, Grace C, Brenda (Donald) and Audrey.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sidney (Evone); his close friend Jackie Allen; and also, Monica (Raymond), Corey (Danielle) and John (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge Chapel (9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140).
