We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, William Sheldon Blake (Saluda, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine; his parents, Emmett and Susie; and his siblings, Franklin and Shirley.

He is survived by: his close friend Doris Norton; his sons, Donald (Amy) and Wayne (Angela); his grandchildren, Vail, Chris (Stephanie), Kamryn and Kristin; his great grandchildren, Maxyne and Kylan; and his brother John (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 205, Hartfield , VA. 23071.
