He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Parker, Sr. and Barbara Ellen Parker (Fletcher); and the mother of his children Judith Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, V. Lynne Moss (Rick) of Chesapeake, Amanda Keithley (Jason) of Saluda and Teresa McMahan (Anthony) of Chantilly, Virginia; his grandchildren, Brooklyne Conney, Courtney Conney, Abigail Keithley, Hannah Keithley, Samanatha McMahan, Lillian McMahan and Jonanthan McMahan; and his sister Wanda Darlene Unkle (Carol Garrett). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
