It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Burton (Saluda, Virginia), who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burton and Willie Burton; and the mother of his children Alice Rose Burton. He is survived by: his wife Joan Britton Burton; his daughters, Kathleen Burton Bahr and Rebecca Burton Bythewood; and his stepdaughters, Lori Britton Detwiler and Sheila Britton McClellan. He is also survived by three grandchildren and on great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in his name be submitted to the Alzheimer's Association at act.alz.org.
