He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lyons and Ruby Lyons; his wife Leslie J. Lyons; and his brother David Lyons. He is survived by: his children, Perry T. "Tommy" Lyons, Jr. and Heather Lyons (John David Gardy); and his grandchildren, Perry T. "Thomas" Lyons, III, Abigail Lyons, Meredith Gardy and Tabitha Gardy.
