She is survived by: her husband Charlie Keeter; her daughter Scarlett Keeter (Walker Foster) of Tappahannock, VA; her grandchildren, Lorelei and Ellis; and her siblings, Debbie Mellish (Dwight) of Seaford, VA and Charles Woolard, Jr. (Barbara) of Newport News, VA..
