He is survived by: his daughters, Connie L. Simmons of Colonial Heights, VA and Bobbie; his son-in-law Jeff Cook of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Robert Cook, Amber Smith (Cook), Michael Cook, Heather Stephenson and Reannen Wooten (Stephenson); and his great grandchildren, Hayden Forbes, Gavin McNeil and Dawson Smith.
