He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert Bunsavage and Anna Marie Kulokas of Shenandoah Heights; his grandfather-in-law Myrtle Coates Rowe of Glass, VA.; and his sister Patricia Murphy of Fort Piece, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rowe Bunsavage; his children, John Steffan Bunsavage of Richmond, Virginia and Bonnie Lynne Bunsavage Williams of Portland, Oregon; and his sister Janet Stepulaitis (Joe) of Giardville, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by two grandchildren, a niece, nephews and cousins.
