He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Archibald Whitaker and Dorothy Mae Thomas; his wife Carol Whitaker; his sons, Allen and Devin Whitaker; his grandchildren, Logan, Austin and Faith Whitaker; his siblings, Kay Snow and Dan Whitaker (Gina); and his nephew Brent Whitaker.
