He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oliver and Rosalyn Quillian Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Martha Garrett Oliver; his children, Stacey Cowden (Joe), Eric Oliver, Joshua Oliver (Heather) and Ryan Oliver (Samantha); and his sisters, Sylvia Rowe (Lynwood), Jean Louk and Crystal Oliver. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
