She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Boyd Hurley and Patricia Quick Knapp; her brother Walter B. Hurley Jr.; and her nephew Derek Bristow. She is survived by: her husband Dennis R. Williams; her sisters, Susan Hurley Fowler (Marvin) and Lisa Hurley Foster (Wayne); and her stepdaughter Jennifer Jordan.

Edna Holmes wrote a sympathy message

“Donna and I served on the Student Council in 1969 when the two High Schools in the County merged as one. Donna was our President. The Council meeting were usually after school and Donna was my ride home. I remember she had an after school job and she was running late. She secured a ride home for me before hurrying off to her after school job. I also remember Donna almost forgetting to get Valentine gifts for her brother and little sisters which was a priority for her. Rest in Peace.”
