He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Beale and Rita Bacon Beale. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Coffey Beale; his children, Robin Beale Franklin of Urbanna, David Beale (Robin) of Arlington and Timothy Beale (Melanie) of Seaford; his grandchildren, Tyler Franklin (Corbin) of Mechanicsville, Joshua Franklin (Caitlin) of Sterling, Rachel Franklin Neal (Taylor) of Richmond and Landon Beale of Arlington; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Virginia Franklin and Larkin Neal.
