She is survived by: her stepdaughter Linda Smith; her stepchildren-in-law, James Sheets and Donna S Collins; her stepchildren, Michael Boardwine (Pam), Larry Boardwine (Cara) and Melinda Worley (Paul); her stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Smith, Beth Sheets, Mary King, Casey Boardwine, Nathan Boardwine and April Tittle; and her nephews, Charles E Counts II and Mark Henderson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
