Kestner; her mother Robin Blackwell; her sisters, Antoinette K. Leverett and Chevy T. McGuire; her aunt Rhonda Minton; and her nieces and nephews, Alana K. West and Sylas B. Taylor.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Friends Community Church (145 Palmer Ave, Saltville, VA 24370). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
