He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Leon, Bertha Carter, Andrew and Elizabeth Frye. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cassie Armstrong; his children, Jolee, Brynn, Olin and Lona Jane; his parents, Thomas A. Hess, Jr. and Jane C. Hess; his sister Kimberly Infante (Nick); his grandparents, Tom and Judy Hess; his aunts and uncles, Terry Hess (Suzie), Tammy Gillespie (Larry), Judy Holmes (Kyle), Junebug Carter and Barbara Fazelina (David); his nephews, Andy and Denver; his niece Anna Infante; his brother Colten Hess; and his close friend Kevin Woodward. He is also survived by several cousins; and many dear friends.
