He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Kennedy Costello; and his sister Teresa Plummer. He is survived by: his son Thomas Costello, Jr.; his wife Karen; his daughters, Linda Hinchey (Harold) and Kathleen Strong (Jarren); his siblings, Richard "Dick" Costello (June), Michael Costello and Dorothy McEllhenny (William); his grandchildren, Kaela Taylor, Kelsie Taylor, Preston, Kealie and Thomas Hinchey; and his great grandchildren, Jyllian Keast, Bryce Costello, Iva Gregory and Emily Gregory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
