He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins Blanton; his sister Joyce Dillender of Colorado; his stepchildren, Byrd Collins (Sandy), Michelle Copenhaver (Mike Scott), Jeanette Clear (Greg) and Jamie Collins (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Sale, Chucky Sale, Sandy Sale, Alan Sale, Debra Gunter, Roxanne Lawhorne and Cheryl Moore. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; 8 step great grandchildren.
