It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Mark Gillespie (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest "Hoot" and India "Pat" Gillespie; his brothers, Earnest "Rocky" Gillespie and Sidney "Hoot" Michael Gillespie; and his close friend Tommy Bise.
He is survived by: his children, Dalton Gillespie and Shauna Tilson (Dustin Tilson); and his granddaughter Tilly Wren Tilson. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece and their spouses and children.
In lieu of flowers, Steve's family requests charitable contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory.
