He is survived by: his wife Darlene Turley; his children, Missy Frye (Eddie), Edward Turley (Tomi) and Michael Turley (Brittany); his siblings, Roy Turley, Jr. (Sharon), Mary Ann Pruitt (Paul) and Cathy Testerman (Bruce); his grandchildren, Dalton Frye, Becca Turley, Kenzie Turley, Minda Turley, Willow Turley, Harley Turley, Summer Turley and Devin Sartin; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Stella Frye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
