It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Surber Thomas (Saltville, Virginia), who passed away on April 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. and Tazoni Taylor Surber; and also Brayden Cade Faile. She is survived by: her husband John David Thomas; and her daughter Johnida Marilyn Thomas.
