He was predeceased by: his parents, Vida Rolen Neal of Virginia and William David Rolen; his stepfather Joseph Neal; and his brothers, William Rolen, Johnny Rolen and Arville Rolen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Misty (Misty-Poo) and Kayla; his grandchildren, Michael Lee, Evans, Mikaela ShyAnne "Boogie" Frye, Malikye Damian and Frye; his sisters, Patsy Parris, Shelby Owens (Punk), Sherry Moore (Steve) and Tina Hunt (Randy); and his close friend Garland "Baney" Hogston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
