It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oliver Eugene Holley of Saltville, Virginia, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lottie Elizabeth "Maw" Thomas Holley; his siblings, Elizabeth Polly South (Fred), Hazel Geneva Bowman, Rose Marie Clifton (Herb) and George Raymond Holley (Mildred); his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Briggs and Shelia Holley; his parents-in-law, Mary Ellen and Marvin Frye; his granddaughter-in-law Amanda Doane Holley; and his nephews, Tim Holley and Donald Clifton.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lee Holley; his son Marvin Eugene Holley (Cathy) of Saltville; his grandson James Keith Holley of Chilhowie; and his siblings, Thomas W. Holley of Saltville and Dorothy "Dottie" Briggs of Glade Spring.
