She was predeceased by: her husband Sterling R. Phillips; her parents, Rodney Welder and Edith Welder; and her siblings, Robert, Franklin, Leo Welder, Aldene Humphries and Christine Lively.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Phillips (Janice), Jeff Phillips (Deloris) and Brian Phillips (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Amy Phillips (Kirk), Marcus Phillips (Mae), Kristin Phillips, Kimberly Phillips, Stacy Ulrich (Bruce) and William Ulrich; her great grandchild Grayson Phillips; and her siblings, Ronald Welder, Keith Welder and Judith Humphries.
