He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tuggle and Bessie Mae Tuggle; his former wife Nancy Catherine Tuggle; and his grandsons, Jason Lee Tuggle, Nelson Lee Jennings and Robert Bradley Jennings.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Osborne Tuggle; his children, Michael Tuggle (Glenna), Roger Tuggle (Brenda), Robert Tuggle, Catherine Elizabeth Jennings (WIlliam) and Patricia Ray; his stepsons, Billy Thompson and Cephus Thompson (Michelle); and his brother James Tuggle (Ella Mae).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henderson Funeral Home (148 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
